Return & Shipping Policy
- All amounts are in USD.
- No refunds. Custom products are non-exchangeable.
- Exchanges only for defective products. If you are requesting an exchange, you will need to contact hello@skatesnob.com with your order details for approval. The SKATE SNOB staff will determine if the item is eligible for exchange. Product that is not in compliance with our exchange policy will be refused. Exchanges must be made within 10 days of the date of purchase, and must be in their unworn, unaltered, unwashed, and smoke-free condition with tags attached (if applicable).
- Original shipping and handling fees are not refundable. Additionally, Gift Cards may not be returned or redeemed for cash.
- If eligible, your new item(s) will not ship until we receive the item(s) from the original order. Please be aware that you will be responsible for exchange shipping charges.
- Pre-orders will be charged at checkout.
- Shipping for pre-orders will be processed at the end of the pre-order period. Please expect approximately 2-4 weeks for pre-orders to ship (following the end of this period), unless otherwise stated. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking confirmation, once your order is ready to ship.
- All orders that are in stock will ship within 2-4 weeks, once the order is approved.
- Orders are not shipped on holidays.
- If you choose our flat rate domestic shipping rate (on U.S. orders), our fulfillment center will choose how to ship your package. We ship via USPS & UPS.
- International Shipping prices will be calculated at checkout. Customs or import duties are assessed once the shipment arrives in its destination country and are to be paid by the recipient of the shipment. SKATE SNOB has no control over these charges and no way to calculate in advance as they vary from country to country.
SKATE SNOB is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Please note that shipping carriers are experiencing high volume during this time that can cause slower shipping speeds and we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates.
