The “R&B” Skate Series
Join us in welcoming The Cascade Dream Team for a special edition of The “R&B” Skate Series. In this session, you will learn a few moves from this globally recognized team. This session will be held at: Kate’s Skating Rink, 14500 E. Independence Blvd, Indian Trail, NC 28079.
Event Date & Time:
- Sunday, November 3, 2024
- Entry at 6:00pm (ET). Class begins at 6:30pm (ET).
- Skaters are encouraged to bring their own skates. Skate rentals will be an additional charge at the door.
There are two admission options:
- $25 (Lesson Only)
- $30 (Lesson, Plus Adult Night) – Special Deal
Note: The “Adult Night Special Deal” can only be purchased through online registration. If you choose to attend Adult Night at the event itself, you’ll need to pay the full admission price set by the rink. Please keep in mind that there are age restrictions for Adult Night.

The “R&B” Skate Series
The “R&B” Skate Series are roller skate lessons, designed to help you become more comfortable in skates, while improving your rhythm & basics. These 1-hour sessions are held on Saturdays (check dates below). Registration is required (no drop-ins). Space is limited. All participants must provide their own skates. Skate rentals will not be available. Sessions will be held at: XLNC Dance Studio, Studio A, 3716 W W.T. Harris Blvd, Charlotte, NC 28269.
Level Options:
Two levels will be offered – Evolution & Starter. You will select your level in the registration form.
- Evolution session starts at 2pm (ET). This will cover flow, control, & dance prep. You must know the skate basics & fundamentals.
- Starter session starts at 3:30pm (ET). This will cover the basics & fundamentals (ex. balance, forward, backwards, stop).
- Sessions will be held Saturdays: September 7, 14, 21, & 28.
You have the option to register for single sessions or the entire 4-week session.
- Single sessions are $25 per class.
- Special Offer: Secure all 4 sessions for a total of $85. (This one-time offer is available only if you sign up by September 7.)
